Well this will only be of interest if you like the technical side of photography but I have upgraded to a Canon 6d which is a full frame camera.

For many years I have shot with a Canon 60d and prior to that a 400d and so it has been a natural progression.
I am excited as i will be able to give a much greater depth of field with my portraits (background blur) and it will be an amazing combination with my 35mm 1.4 and my 85mm 1.8 lenses
It will be a larger mega pixels and so will be able to print much bigger but that has never been a problem. I’ve had images from my 60d printed up to A1 and been on the side of double decker buses so image size is not a problem.
This also means for weddings and events I will be able to have 3 cameras with me – so that ensures I have back ups in case a camera should stop working.
